ROCKFORD, Illinois — Thinker Ventures, a business-development firm in downtown Rockford, met with six Italy-based companies that were in town Friday to discuss business expansion and collaboration opportunities in the United States.
The Italian Trade Agency in Chicago organized the networking session at the Holiday Inn Rockford. Several other Rockford-area companies took part, including Zethmayr, Thames Management Resources and Superior Joining Technologies.
The companies that were seeking opportunities are ASTER, BLM Group USA, Clust-ER Meccatronica e Motoristica, Pirelli Tyre SpA, Politecnico di Milano and Tec Eurolab.
Thinker helps companies launch and grow through marketing, branding, website development, media consulting, content management, executive coaching and managed information technology services.
