ROCKFORD – Paul Iverson has been running Iverson Painting of Rockford for more than 30 years. He’s helped thousands of home owners improve the look and value of their homes. He also has a heart for helping other small businesses.
That dedication was recognized earlier this month when, after two months of nominations and voting, he was named Rockford’s 2018 Small Businessperson of the Year after a vote of companies on Alignable.com.
Competition criteria focused on local SMB role models, who are dedicated to helping other small business people succeed. After an extended round of nominations, top nominees advanced to the finalist stage, where local Alignable members voted for their favorite candidate.
Iverson received a personalized badge for his Alignable page to celebrate this achievement. The badge can help drive more prospects, visibility and recognition on our Alignable network for the rest of 2019 and beyond.
The contest was held in more than 1,400 communities across the U.S. and Canada.
